Car Carrying Governor, First Lady Rear Ended

Police say a car carrying West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice and first lady Cathy Justice was struck from behind at an intersection by a man suspected of being under the influence of marijuana. The governor’s office says the governor and first lady were not taken for medical treatment after Saturday’s crash in Beckley. Beckley police say 20-year-old Joshua Lucas was charged with driving under the influence of drugs and failure to maintain control.
